This class offers women the essential skills needed to defend themselves and maintain confidence in any situation. Practice and train in a series of safe, but realistic scenarios and learn how to program your mind and body to respond automatically, day or night. Taught by Hand to Hand. This class is part of the Student Passport to Wellness program! Students, bring your card to get your stamp!

If you decide to take a self-defense class with either Girl Army, Krav Maga of San Francisco, BAMM or Women's Safety Project, then we would appreciate hearing from you about your experience. That way, we can potentially offer a variety of program choices to people who are interested in pursuing self-defense classes.
